A serious stint with a London caterer combined with a close inspection with the BBC, gave Mitch the call to get out of the capital.

"I guess it has its good points but London is not a compulsory location. Moving to Wiltshire last year - and getting married - prompted a different outlook and the opportunity to explore all the regional culinary delights.

"Our clients are getting the finest local food that we can find and my personal aim is always to generate a subtle but distinctive flavour for any party that we are running.

"My antipodean upbringing is always attracting comment but everyone is safe now - my sporting attitude is relatively calm."
